I placed my order on 17th May 2013 and promptly received an email confirming my order had been processed. No indication was given that the item was not in stock. After some time when n o further delivery information update was received I contacted Leisure Quest via e-mail. No reply was forthcoming! After several attempts to telephone and constantly getting an answer phone. I finally got to speak to someone.
I was given a hard luck story at first lost in the post and then on back order from Jack Wolfskin? Several calls later I was promised delivery for Wednesday 3rd July and I am still waiting. No delivery update e-mails have been passed and the telephone answering machine is switched on again. I have instigated proceedings to claim back my money via my credit card company.
I reiterate all the previous reviewer's comments. Do not buy from Leisure Quest!!!   08-07-13
