I have had a similar terrible experience to the other reviewers. The payment left my account the straight away but I had to chase the goods for weeks. Eventually I cancelled the order and was told I would be refunded. That was 4 months ago. Despite numerous calls, emails and a letter sent by recorded delivery, I have not had my money back. Nobody ever returns my calls despite faithful promises that a manager will. I have been in touch with Trading Standards through Citizens Advice. My experience with Leisure Quest has been appalling. I don't believe they have ever had any intention of giving my money back. They should not be in business and I don't recommend anyone does business with them.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
I ordered a jacket from them in October 2013, the money immediately left my account and I didn't hear anything from them for a couple of weeks. I then spent hours of my time on the phone to them trying to arrange to get the jacket delivered. It eventually arrived in January (even though I was told a number of times in December that it had been dispatched and would be with me in a few days!) I agreed to keep the jacket when it did arrive as I was promised a 25% refund (£38) for all the messing around. I have not received this refund 6 months later even though I have persistently rang them every week. Wayne the manager is never there to speak to and the women who always answers the phone cannot deal with refunds. Each time I speak to her she promises me that Wayne will return my call and I will get the refund but I don't hold out much hope. I would never buy from this company again, I just wished I lived nearer so I could go in person to get my money back! They are all very polite and pleasant on the phone but don't be fooled by their promises like I have been!

OMG I have ordered from this company before and all been fine. Been fighting to get my money back from stuff that has never turned up since March. Disgraceful. Do not return calls, email. I shall be making the trip from Sussex to Wales out of principle to. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE ROBBERS. I am also contacting trading standards.

I wouldn't even give this company one star we ordered a jacket at the beginning of March 2014 and they took the money out of the account straight away they are not supposed to do this unless the stock is in place and when I called a few weeks later I was told that they had a stock issue so we waited and waited I have now asked for a refund two weeks ago and been told a the money has been transferred all lies the banks do faster payment any payment take less than a minute was told 3-5 working days it's now been 14 working days and still I keep called don't order from this company there terms and conditions are lies they don't stick to them if I don't here from them by the end of next week I'm going to do a ten hour round trip to obtain my funds back and also charge them petrol money this company is a waste of time and shouldn't be allowed to trade

Dreadful. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Given the number of terrible reviews here, I cannot believe they are allowed to trade. Will be pursuing court action as a matter of principle to recover my money. Never, never use this firm.

I was interested to see that I am not alone in failing to get a refund from Leisure Quest. The boots I ordered arrived too late for the holiday I wanted them for despite frequent assurances that they would be delivered in time. They received them back on 25th Feb 2014 and despite repeated emails no sign of my refund. Based on the other reviews I am not holding my breath for a speedy resolution.

This company are awful. I placed an order with them and then read all the bad reviews. I requested to cancel my order and a refund less than 24 hours after placing. It's nearly 2 months and still nothing. I have raised it with my MasterCard to claim as I just got lies from the owner and all the staff there. This company should not be trading. Do not purchase anything from them as you won't receive it or get your money back!!!

THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH.WAITED 7 WEEKS FOR A PAIR OF BOOTS THAT WAS IN STOCK WHEN I ORDERED THEM.
UNHELPFUL AND IGNORANT.THEY BRAKE EVERY PROMISE THEY MAKE.DONT SPEND MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE,UNLESS YOU GOT MONTHS TO WAIT.

Don't ever use this store. They are appalling, they take your money and you spend months chasing them to get your goods. They only respond if you persistently chase them, and then they make promises to you to get you off the phone that they have any intention of keeping i.e. they lie. Without question this is the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to do business with.

My experience has been similar to that of the other reviewers. My order placed on July 4th was delivered after much hassling on my part to the wrong address on August 5th. I received endless ridiculous excuses and even notification that my parcel had been delivered, when I fact it had not even been sent. My advice would be to give this company a very wide berth. They are, to put it mildly, economical with the truth, and certainly don't expect anything in the way of efficiency

Concerned! Ordered a Jack Wolfskin Jacket via online mail order. My credit card was charged and then I saw an error in the shipping address made by them. Its been 5 weeks and I have not received my order.

I have contacted them twice with little success.

I ordered from them before and service was good - but my last order experience is off putting to say the least.

If I receive jacket I will update my review.

I placed my order on 17th May 2013 and promptly received an email confirming my order had been processed. No indication was given that the item was not in stock. After some time when n o further delivery information update was received I contacted Leisure Quest via e-mail. No reply was forthcoming! After several attempts to telephone and constantly getting an answer phone. I finally got to speak to someone.
I was given a hard luck story at first lost in the post and then on back order from Jack Wolfskin? Several calls later I was promised delivery for Wednesday 3rd July and I am still waiting. No delivery update e-mails have been passed and the telephone answering machine is switched on again. I have instigated proceedings to claim back my money via my credit card company.
I reiterate all the previous reviewer's comments. Do not buy from Leisure Quest!!!
